Novartis CDR (CAD Hedged) to be delisted from Cboe

At the request of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the CDRs (Canadian depositary receipts) named in the attached table will be voluntarily delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of trading on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025. The CDRs are expected to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
