Joshua Bartch has resigned as director, president and chief executive officer of Noveris Health Sciences Inc.

The company has appointed Jason Birmingham, who was previously appointed chief strategy officer on Feb. 2, 2026, to assume all three positions formerly held by Mr. Bartch.
