The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Novo Resources Corp. common share purchase warrants will be delisted at the close on Aug. 28, 2023. According to the TSX, the warrants have an expiry time of 4 p.m. Vancouver time on Aug. 27, 2023. As Aug. 27, 2023, is a Sunday, the company has received confirmation that Olympia Trust Company will accept subscription instructions until 4 p.m. Vancouver time on Aug. 28, 2023, being the next following business day.

The TSX notes that the warrants are exercisable at $4.40 per share. Trades in the warrants on Aug. 24, 2023, will settle on Aug. 25, 2023, trades on Aug. 25, 2023, will settle on Aug. 28, 2023, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Aug. 28, 2023, will settle on the same day.
