("Nova" or the "Company") (CSE: NVLI) (OTC Pink: NVLIF) announces that it has amended the expiry date of an aggregate of 10,000,000 share purchase warrants that were scheduled to expire on March 9, 2024 for a further two (2) years, until March 9, 2026. Each warrant was originally issued in a unit private placement that closed on March 9, 2021, and is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share. The Company is not planning to deliver replacement warrant certificates to the holders of the warrants, with the original certificates remaining valid until the amended expiry date.
