NOVA LITHIUM EXTENDS WARRANT EXPIRATION DATE

Nova Lithium Corp. has amended the expiry date of an aggregate of 10 million share purchase warrants that were scheduled to expire on March 9, 2024, for a further two years until March 9, 2026. Each warrant was originally issued in a unit private placement that closed on March 9, 2021, and is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share.

The company is not planning to deliver replacement warrant certificates to the holders of the warrants, with the original certificates remaining valid until the amended expiry date.
