NEUTRISCI PROVIDES UPDATE TO PRODUCT ARRANGEMENT WITH GAIA GROW CORP.

Further to NeutriSci International Inc.'s press release dated Feb. 22, 2023, relating to the development of a line of products for the Canadian market with Gaia Grow Corp., NeutriSci has made the decision not to proceed with the partnership at this time.

Glen Rehman, chief executive officer of NeutriSci, said: "We remain optimistic at the prospects of developing unique and effective products for the Canadian marketplace and are continuing to work with prospective partners with a view to launching new and innovative nutraceutical products in the Canadian market."
