NEUTRISCI COMPLETES $1.5 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia - November 21, 2016 - NeutriSci International Inc. (the "Company" or "NeutriSci") (TSX-V: 
--->NU) is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement (the "Placement") previously announce
--->d on November 7, 2016, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,500,000.

--->egic raise puts NeutriSci in a strong position to expand the national marketing program for neuenergy.  We will also b
--->e utilizing the funding to improve production automation and increase inventory to meet the growing demand both here i

The Placement consisted of 15,000,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.10 per Unit.  Each Unit cons
--->ists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire an addi
--->tional common share of the Company at a price of $0.18 until May 18, 2018.
In connection with the Placement, the Company paid a cash commission totaling $84,600 and issued 846,000 finder's warr
--->ants.  Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share, at a price of $0.18 per share until May 
--->18, 2018.  All securities issued in connection with the Placement are subject to a hold period expiring March 19, 2017

Proceeds of the Placement will be used to build inventory and for marketing and advertising programs related to neuene
