NEUTRISCI CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia - September 30, 2016 - NeutriSci International Inc. (the "Company" or "NeutriSci") (TSX-V:
---> NU) announces that it has completed a non-brokered private placement in which it raised gross proceeds of $250,000.  
In connection with the offering, NeutriSci issued 1,666,667 units at a price of fifteen cents per unit, with each unit
---> consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.  Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire on
--->e additional common share at a price of twenty-five cents per share for a period of five years from the date of closin
--->g.  
All securities issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a hold period until January 31, 2017.  
The Company intends to use the proceeds of the financing for marketing of neuenergy(TM), and for general working capit
