NEWS RELEASE
New Tech Minerals Terminates Buena Vista Hills Agreement
Vancouver, B.C., April 3, 2020: New Tech Minerals Corp. NTM-CSE ("New Tech" or the "Company"), and
its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Potash LLC ("Sub") have terminated the mining lease and option to
purchase agreement on the Buena Vista Hills Project, Nevada (the "Agreement"). Under the Agreement,
New Tech and Sub leased, with an option to purchase, the mineral rights of Section 15, T25N, R34E and
Section 10, T25N, R34E in Pershing County, Nevada.
Although the Company believes this to be an excellent project, raising funds to meet the underlying
obligations of the Agreement has proven too challenging at this time.
About New Tech Minerals Corp.
New Tech is engaged in the exploration and development of promising potash/brine, cobalt and vanadium
projects in America, including the Paradox Basin Potash and Brine project in Utah, the Tule cobalt project
in Nevada and the Fredericktown cobalt project in Missouri.
