NETWORK MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO CFO

Kevin Ma's tenure as chief financial officer (CFO) of Network Media Group Inc. has concluded.

Darren Battersby has been appointed interim CFO, effective immediately.

Mr. Battersby previously served as Network's CFO from October, 2014, until May, 2025. He joined Network's board of directors in June, 2026, and has continued to work with the company as a consultant.

"We are pleased to have Darren step back into the CFO role on an interim basis," said Paul Gertz, Network Media Group's chief operating officer and corporate secretary. "Darren has a deep understanding of Network and our business, having served as CFO for more than 10 years, and his experience will be a great asset to the company."

Network thanks Mr. Ma for his service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
