VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 14, 2026 New Tymbal Resources Ltd. (TSXV NTB) ("Tymbal" or the Company).

New Tymbal Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (formerly Cicada Ventures Ltd.) advises that it has recommenced early-stage litigation settlement discussions with KGHM Ajax Mining Inc. ("KGHM") in connection with the BC Supreme Court matter of Cicada Ventures Ltd. v. KGHM Ajax Mining Inc. BCSC No 052937 predominately concerning unjust enrichment and the exclusivity of mining activities on registered mineral claims.

Tymbal is seeking settlement for KGHM's unauthorized use, occupation, and economic exploitation of Tymbal's mineral tenures, including unjust enrichment from data and land use, and the market value of the rights KGHM took without consent or compensation.

The discussions are preliminary in nature. No settlement terms, payment amounts, or other figures have been agreed in principle, and there can be no assurances that the discussions will result in any settlement, resolution, or other transaction.
