The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement dated May 26, 2025, with respect to the extension of the term of the South Falcon option agreement dated May 29, 2023. The amending agreement will be extended from three to four years in consideration of 500,000 common shares at a price of 3.5 cents.
