"...Wages for the group, as described in the suit, amounted to the equivalent of $30 (U.S.) to $90 (U.S.) per day. If they were sick, they would not receive their pay..."

Let's hope that Christy Clark's subscription to Stockwatch is up to date. At today's conversion rate of $1.34, that top daily pay of $90.00 (U.S.) works out to $120.60 for an eight-hour day, or $15.07 per hour.

BC's minimum wage, pre-September, 2016, was $10.40 per hour (and minimum wagers in BC don't get paid for sick days either).

I'll bet that Nevsun's HR department is going to be inundated with calls from BCers attracted by that high rate.

Hmmm, BC Liberals, take note.

BC's minimum wagers aren't likely to vote Liberal, so the more who go to Eritrea, the better the lock for the reigning party.

???? ?? ?? ?????
