        NATURALLY SPLENDID GRANTS STOCK
                    OPTIONS

January 30, 2017   Vancouver, BC - Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. ("Naturally Splendid")
(FRANKFURT:50N) (TSX VENTURE:NSP) (OTC:NSPDF) announces that it has granted 3,040,000
stock options to officers, directors, employees and consultants of Naturally Splendid. The options were
granted for a period of five (5) years, expiring on January 27, 2022. The stock options will vest over two
years and each stock option will allow the holder to purchase a common share of Naturally Splendid at an
exercise price of $0.35.
