("Naturally Splendid") (TSX VENTURE:NSP)(OTCQB:NSPDF)(FRANKFURT:50N) announced that it is issuing this news release to clarify and retract the information contained in its news release titled "Naturally Splendid Escalates 2016 Growth: New $2.1 Million Purchase Order Shoots Growth Rate to 3000% Since 2015" dated July 21, 2016.

Naturally Splendid is retracting the above news release in its entirety to comply with the provisions of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations regarding future-oriented financial information. Naturally Splendid confirms that it has received additional purchase orders for $2.1 million CDN from Korea Beauty & Health Care Co., Ltd., based in South Korea. In addition to this purchase order, Naturally Splendid has recorded gross sales of $7.26 million during fiscal 2016 to date ($1.44 million in Q1 2016, $4.37 in Q2 2016 and $1.45 million in Q3 2016 to date).
