NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT will pay its January, 2025, cash distributions on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on Feb. 18, 2025, to holders of units of record at Jan. 31, 2025.
