NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT has declared its December, 2024, cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on Jan. 15, 2025, to holders of units of record at Dec. 31, 2024.
