NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT today declared its November, 2024, cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on Dec. 16, 2024, to holders of units of record at Nov. 30, 2024.
