NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES OCTOBER DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT today declared its October, 2024, cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on Nov. 15, 2024, to holders of units of record at Oct. 31, 2024.
