NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT today declared its September, 2024, cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on Oct. 15, 2024, to holders of units of record at Sept. 30, 2024.
