NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES JUNE DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT will pay its June, 2024, cash distribution on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units in the amount of 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis). The distribution will be payable on July 15, 2024, to holders of units of record at June 30, 2024.
