NORTHVIEW RESIDENTIAL REIT ANNOUNCES MARCH DISTRIBUTION

Northview Residential REIT will pay its March, 2024, cash distribution April 15, 2024, to holders of units of record at March 31, 2024. The amounts payable on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units are 9.1146 cents per unit ($1.09 per unit on an annualized basis).
