TORONTO and MONTREAL, Dec. 19, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital"), a leading Canadian investment manager, announced estimated special distributions to be made by each of the North American REIT Income Fund and Senior Secured Floating Rate Loan Fund.
Estimated Special Distributions:
The following estimated special distributions will be paid in units, and immediately thereafter, the issued and outstanding capital of each fund will be consolidated such that the number of issued and outstanding units of each fund does not change. The final distribution amounts will be determined shortly after the year-end and, prior to payment, once each fund's year-end tax position is finalized.
