NATIONS ROYALTY GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS
Nations Royalty Corp. has granted, effective May 12, 2026, incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company to acquire an aggregate of 934,000 common shares in the capital of the company at an exercise price of 95.5 cents, being the closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 12, 2026.
The options are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant and will vest as follows: one-third on the date of grant, one-third after 12 months and the remaining one-third after 24 months from the date of grant. The grant of options is subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and the approval of the TSX-V.
