The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canadian Large Cap Leaders Split Corp. will list up to 1,155,300 Class A shares (symbol NPS) and up to 1,675,300 preferred shares (symbol NPS.PR.A) at the open on Aug. 21, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $14.30 per Class A share and $10.70 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Aug. 14, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated May 28, 2026.
