VANCOUVER, B.C., October 31, 2014 - North American Potash Developments Inc. (TSX.V:NPD; OTCQX: RNGTF; FSE: 3OZ) (the "
--->Company") announces that it has received a notice of termination from Passport Potash Inc. (the "Optionee") with respe
--->ct to the agreement entered into among the Company, Potash Green, LLC, Wendy Walker Tibbetts, Joseph J. Hansen (collec
--->tively, the "Optionors"), and the Optionee (the "Option Agreement") whereby the Optionors had granted the Optionee an 
--->option to acquire a 100% interest in and to its Holbrook Basin potash property in Apache County, Arizona (the "Propert
--->y").

The Company has been made aware that certain of the leases consisting of a portion of the Property may have expired du
--->ring the currency of the Option Agreement or as a result of the actions or inactions of the Optionee, and the Company 
--->is evaluating its options as to how to best proceed to seek compensation or recover any damages it may suffer as a res
--->ult of same.
