ALPHINAT INC. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. RACHEL PORTEOUS TO ALPHINAT INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alphinat Inc. has appointed Rachel Porteous to the company's board of directors.

Ms. Porteous is a senior IT executive with over 33 years of IM/IT experience; she brings a record of successes in digital transformation, IM/IT strategic planning, project management, relationship management, change management, information management, application development, management of IT infrastructure and operations, and cybersecurity. Strong leader able to drive transformations and service delivery while developing high performing teams. Ms. Porteous has been the chief information officer at for a government of Canadian agency since January of 2019. Ms. Porteous holds a bachelor of applied science, with a major in computer science from the Universite du Quebec en Outaouais. She volunteers as board member on two not-for-profit organization.

The company also announces the resignation of Michel Lemoine and Benoit Ste-Marie from the board of directors who were both long-term board member and the company wishes to thank them for their many contributions over the years to the successes at Alphinat over the years. Mr. Lemoine had joined the board of Alphinat in 2005 and for many years served as chairperson of the board of directors, until February, 2023. Mr. Ste-Marie joined in 2009 and has been active on several board committees and was active on the HR (human resources) and audit committee.
