NORRLAND ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

Further to Norrland Gold Corp.'s news release dated March 25, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the change of name of the company to Great Plains Metals Corp. The name change will become effective at the opening of the market on April 17, 2025, under the new symbol GPS.

In connection with the name change, the new Cusip number (391173101) and international securities identification number (CA3911731014) have been assigned to the common shares of the company.

Aidan Bishop, director, commented, "We are pleased to change our name to Great Plains Metals Corp. to better reflect our growing presence in Australia, a Tier 1 mineral jurisdiction with a topography of vast open plains which provides for easy access for drilling."
