CSE bulletin 2023-0928

Brascan Resources Inc. has changed its name and symbol to Nordique Resources Inc. and NORD, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 10 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,008,631 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, symbol and Cusip number on Sept. 21, 2023.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Sept. 20, 2023. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
