NEVADA ORGANIC PHOSPHATE ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. has approved the issuance of 2.25 million stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants of the company for the purchase of up to 2.25 million common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. Each option vested immediately and is exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of 13 cents per share.

Nevada Organic is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, 6.6 kilometres long, in northeast Nevada. Additional applications extend the potential strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometres. This is believed to be the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America. It is situated close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nev., and near the rail head to California.
