NEVADA ORGANIC PHOSPHATE ANNOUNCES OTCQB LISTING

Further to its news release dated Dec. 8, 2025, Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc.'s common shares commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Market at the market open on Dec. 29, 2025, under the symbol NOPFF.

Robin Dow, chief executive officer, stated: "Today's listing on the OTCQB Venture Market represents another meaningful milestone in our strategy to increase visibility, improve liquidity and expand our investor reach. Listing on the OTCQB positions NOP with increased visibility among the American investment community and improved liquidity for our current and prospective shareholders."

The shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol NOP. The OTCQB listing represents a significant milestone in the company's long-term capital markets strategy, increasing accessibility and visibility among U.S.-based retail and institutional investors.
