NOMAD ARRANGES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver B.C., Canada: Nomad Ventures Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has arranged, subject to the acceptance 
--->of the TSX Venture Exchange, a private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit for total gross proceeds o
--->f up to $500,000.  Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warran
--->t exercisable into one additional common share for a period of five years at a price of $0.15 per share. 
Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the placement, pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchang
--->e.
All securities issued under the placement will be subject to statutory hold periods expiring one month and one day aft
--->er the date of issue.
Proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital.
