NORTHERN LIGHTS GRANTED A 5 YEAR EXPLORATION PERMIT FOR THE HORETZKY PROJECT
Northern Lights Resources Corp. has received approval for a multiyear area-based exploration drill permit (MYAB permit) for the Horetzky project located in north-central British Columbia, Canada.
The permit will be in effect for five years with a provisional expiry date of March 31, 2030, and permits Northern Lights to conduct exploration activities at the Hortezky project including the drilling of up to 100 drill holes, conduct geophysical surveys and surface trenching and sampling.
Northern Lights chief executive officer Jason Bahnsen commented: "The granting of the five-year exploration permit for the Horetzky project is major milestone for the company. We are now fully permitted to begin the execution of the first phase exploration program on the project."
Northern Lights has lodged a reclamation liability bond of $38,500 with the B.C. Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals.
The company is also pleased to announce that it has changed its auditor from Baker Tilly WM LLP to DeVisser Gray LLP effective July 15, 2025.
