Mr. Albert Timcke reports

RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Northern Lights Resources Corp. has released the results of the annual general meeting on June 1, 2023.

The following resolutions were passed at the annual general meeting:

• Elected Albert (Rick) Timcke, Jason Bahnsen, Graham Keevil, Richard Kelertas and Gordon Tainton to the board of directors until the next annual general meeting;
• Appointed Baker Tilly WH LLP as auditor for the financial year ending April 30, 2021.

Subsequent to the annual meeting, the board of directors appointed the following officers:

• Mr. Timcke, executive chairman and president;
• Mr. Bahnsen, chief executive officer;
• Leon Ho, chief financial officer.
