PARKER ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF NEVADA KING GOLD CORP. Toronto, Ontario, October 2, 2023 - Michael A. Parker (the "Acquirer") announces that he has indirectly acquired ownership and control of 341,500 common shares (the "Subject Shares") of Nevada King Gold Corp. (the "Company" or "Nevada King"), effective September 28, 2023 (the "Acquisition"). The Subject Shares were acquired pursuant to trades on the TSX Venture Exchange and represent approximately 0.1% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Shares") as of September 28, 2023, resulting in a corresponding change to the aggregate percentage ownership of the Company by the Acquirer. Immediately before the Acquisition, the Acquirer and his joint actors held an aggregate of 31,208,936 Shares, representing approximately 9.9% of the issued and outstanding Shares, of which the Acquirer held 763,372 Shares representing less than 1% of the issued and outstanding Shares, and his joint actors held 30,445,564 Shares representing approximately 9.7% of the issued and outstanding Shares. Immediately following the Acquisition, the Acquirer and his joint actors held 31,550,436 Shares representing approximately 10% of the issued and outstanding Shares at September 28, 2023, of which the Acquirer held 763,372 Shares representing less than 1% of the issued and outstanding Shares, and his joint actors held 30,787,064 Shares representing approximately 9.8% of the issued and outstanding Shares immediately following the completion of the Acquisition. The Subject Shares were acquired for an aggregate purchase price of $102,586.96 through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The holdings of securities of the Company by the Acquirer are managed for investment purposes, and the Acquirer and/or his joint actors could increase or decrease their respective investments in the Company at any time, or continue to maintain their current investment position, depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
