CLASS 1 NICKEL AND TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Class 1 Nickel and Technologies Ltd. proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which it will issue up to 15 million common shares of the company at a price of five cents per subject share. Insiders may subscribe in the private placement. The company proposes to use the net proceeds from the private placement for exploration expenditures as well as general and administrative expenses.
