CLASS 1 NICKEL AND TECHNOLOGIES LTD. COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Class 1 Nickel and Technologies Ltd. has completed a non-brokered private placement pursuant to which it has issued an aggregate of 8,333,332 common shares at a price of 12 cents per share to raise aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1-million. The company intends to use the proceeds of the private placement for general corporate purposes.

The shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on Oct. 2, 2023.
