NEXPOINT HOSPITALITY TRUST ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Nexpoint Hospitality Trust has appointed MNP LLP as auditor, effective Jan. 12, 2024.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 -- Continuous Disclosure Obligations, Nexpoint will file a notice of change of auditor on SEDAR+.
