Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 11, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 11, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  nine cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 6,741,000 shares with 6,741,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 24, 2023.
