The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 5,297,862 common shares at a deemed value of 6.5 cents per share and 3,251,708 common share purchase warrants, each exercisable at nine cents per share for a period of three years, to settle outstanding debt for $344,361.04.
