The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 681,600 common shares at a deemed value of five cents per share and 681,600 common share purchase warrants, each exercisable at 6.5 cents per share for a period of three years, to settle outstanding debt for $34,080.
