NORTHVIEW FUND ANNOUNCES JULY DISTRIBUTION

Northview Fund has declared its July, 2023, cash distribution amounts on its outstanding Class A units, Class C units and Class F units, payable on Aug. 15, 2023, to holders of units of record at July 31, 2023:

• 5.208 cents per Class A unit, representing approximately 63 cents per unit on an annualized basis;
• 5.497 cents per Class C unit, representing approximately 66 cents per unit on an annualized basis;
• 5.373 cents per Class F unit, representing approximately 64 cents per unit on an annualized basis.
