Vancouver, British Columbia / January 25, 2019 - NRG Metals Inc. ("NRG" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NGZ) (OTCQB: NRGMF)

--->e up to CAD$300,000 through a non brokered private placement of up to 3,750,000 units at a price of CAD$0.08 per unit.
--->  Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant of the Company, with e
--->ach warrant exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of closing at a price of CAD$0.16 per share.
The private placement proceeds will be for general working capital.
