CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: NEXERA ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF YEAR END

Nexera Energy Inc. has provided the following correction to the press release dated Feb. 13, 2024, which read that the company had changed its year-end to Dec. 31 from March 31. The change is actually from Dec. 31 to March 31. The corrected release is below in its entirety.

Nexera Energy has changed its year-end from Dec. 31 from March 31. Nexera's transition year will be the 15-month period ending March 31, 2024. The new financial year will be the 12-month period ending March 31, 2025. This will provide cost savings to the corporation's by changing the year-end financial reporting to a date that is not the same as the substantial majority of publicly traded companies.
