NEXERA ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF YEAR END

Nexera Energy Inc. has changed its year-end to March 31 from Dec. 31. Nexera Energy's transition year will be the 15-month period ending March 31, 2024. The new financial year will be the 12-month period ending March 31, 2025. This will provide cost savings to the corporation by changing the year-end financial reporting to a date that is not the same as the substantial majority of publicly traded companies.
