NEVADA EXPLORATION CORPORATE UPDATE

Anne Labelle has retired as president, chief executive officer and a director of Nevada Exploration Inc., effective Dec. 31, 2023. The company thanks Ms. Labelle for her service and wishes her the best in her future endeavours. Darcy Higgs has been appointed interim chief executive officer, effective Dec. 31, 2023.
