The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to the company's acquisition of 2,666,667 units of Hemlo Explorers Inc. for an aggregate consideration of $200,000.03. Each unit consists of one common share of Hemlo and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at a price of 7.5 cents per common share for a period of 18 months.
