NEWTOPIA ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

Approximately 2.57 million warrants issued as part of Newtopia Inc.'s March 7, 2023, private placement of units have been exercised at an exercise price of 10 cents per common share of the company for gross proceeds of approximately $257,000.

To demonstrate continued support for the company's growth plans, Jeff Ruby, the company's chief executive officer and a director, as well as Roger Poirier, a director of the company, were among the warrantholders that exercised their warrants.
