The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a property sale agreement dated May 16, 2023, between the company and O3 Mining Inc. (the buyer), whereby the company sold a 100-per-cent interest in the Kinebik gold project, located along the Casa Berardi trend in Quebec, consisting of 328 mining claims.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to sell the property for a $50,000 cash payment and 88,402 common shares of the buyer.
