                          Newnote Financial Clarification for Coinpayments Inc.

NEU; OTCQB: NWWTF; FSE: 1W4) has been asked by Coinpayments Inc., a privately held company of
which Newnote holds a 20% equity stake, to clarify the use of the word "alliance" in a press release
dated Dec 02, 2014.

The management of Coinpayments Inc. states there is no such alliance and has asked Newnote to make
it clear that there are no preferential service agreements. Alex Alexandrov, chairman of Coinpayments
Inc. explains: "The crypto-currency to fiat exchange functionality we have under development will seek
the best price for our customers from multiple markets, including Newnote Financial's PureTradeTM
exchange."
